One of the most scenic and short hiking trails in Tbilisi starts in Sololaki. Going uphill to Mama Daviti church takes a bit of courage, but shouldn’t be an issue for a physically fit adult.

The distance is about 3 kilometres (about 2 miles). It takes about 1 hour to complete it. Maximum elevation is 708 metres (2,325 ft), minimum elevation is 480 m (1,576 ft).

On the way, you can visit the Mama Daviti church and Pantheon of famous writers. From a several scenic points, it’s possible to take amazing photographs of the Tbilisi. There are few sports playgrounds on the way, as well.
